Woodchurch Juniors FC looks forward to welcoming you to our club.
To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all players, coaches, officials, and spectators, we kindly ask that you follow the match day rules below.
All spectators must remain outside the pitch enclosure (“the cage”) at all times.
Woodchurch supporters: please position yourselves to the left side of the gate.
Visiting team supporters: please position yourselves to the right side of the gate.
Only team coaches/managers from each side are permitted inside the cage during the match.
On grass pitches, FA Respect Barriers will replace the cage — please remain behind them at all times.
Do not encroach onto the pitch or technical area during play.
Please show respect to referees, players, coaches, and fellow spectators at all times.
No foul or abusive language will be tolerated.
Match officials’ decisions are final — abuse towards referees or assistants will result in removal from the venue.
Positive encouragement is welcomed; coaching from the sidelines (other than by team officials) is discouraged.
Woodchurch Juniors FC operates under The FA’s Safeguarding Children Policy.
Children must be supervised by their parent/carer at all times when not on the pitch.
No photography or video recording of children is permitted without prior consent from both clubs.
Please report any safeguarding concerns immediately to the WJFC Club Welfare Officer or a committee member.
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances within the playing area or spectator zones.
Toilets, food, and drink are available at the Carrbridge Centre (blue roof) — all proceeds go back into the community.
Additional refreshments, changing rooms, and showers are available in the Pavilion (attached to the 3G pitch).
Please leave all facilities clean and tidy — respect our venue and the community spaces we use.
Dispose of litter in bins provided.
Please be mindful of other members of the public using the facilities and surrounding areas.
Keep walkways clear and avoid blocking entrances/exits.
Drive and park with care — observe local parking restrictions and allow access for emergency vehicles.
Kick-off time: 9:15am (unless otherwise stated).
Warm-up areas will be indicated by a member of WJFC staff on arrival.
Please ensure your team is ready to kick-off on time — delays affect other scheduled matches.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe and positive environment for children’s football.
Let’s make the game enjoyable for everyone — Play Your Part, Respect the Game.
